Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mail box accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a brand new email box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward email messages from one e-mail box account to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mail accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest.
